High Holidays
Shofar at the Square
Want to hear the shofar on Rosh Hashanah but not able to attend services? We got you covered!
All are welcome (adults, young professionals and children) to join and listen to Judaism's ancient sounds of the shofar.
The Jewish people have been blowing the shofar, a simple hollowed out ram’s horn, for thousands of years in celebration of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.
Join us at the monument in Logan Square Park from 5:30 - 6:00 PM for the shofar blowing and some special Rosh Hashanah foods.
Kindly notify us if you plan on attending so we can plan accordingly.
Rosh Hashanah Children's Program
Introduce your children to Rosh Hashanah with the exciting children's program while parents can participate in services. Children will enjoy games, story, snack and will take part in the special shofar-blowing ceremony!
Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly
